I have been using Compassionate Care Hospice for approximately 3 months for a loved one with severe dementia and other medical issues. The primary care person who comes to your home to provide/assist with the daily skills of life is a nursing aide who is inconsistent at best. Often no show, no call. This inconsistency in care isn't helpful for someone suffering with dementia. People suffering from dementia require structure, a dependable schedule they can ccount on. They are as their name states COMPASSIONATE.They were wonderful,loving,knowledgeable and kind ,at ones of if not the most difficult times of our lives ,the caring and professional treatment we received was beyond my expectation.Even though we were losing my most prized pocession ,My Mom .They helped us to understand what was happening .She was taken good care of in many aspects of their service.I can not say enough about them,but whatever I could say it's all positive.
