Extremely disappointed in the hospice experience with AsceraCare. I first want to clarify that we did not have a bad experience with any particular individual, the nurses, chaplain, bath aides and social worker were all pleasant and knowledgeable. The nurses was all great but over two months after my dad passed these incompetent people still have not got us a death certificate that is filled out correctly
Amedysis Hospice took care of my brother during his cancer journey and I could not have been more satisfied with the compassion and care that each individual shown to him as well as me and his family. They met every need he had. Even though this is their duty, they handle it with the utmost respect and dignity. We are forever grateful to them.
Submitted false charges to insurance company. You did NOT see my Mother on a daily basis. That is fraud.
My mother, Geraldine Matchett has been on Hospice care for the past 2 weeks. The group of women and one male nurse that have been taking care of my mom have gone over and beyond during her time of leaving this earth heading to her new home in Glory. I also want to mention, the first day, Lazonia Kidd visited with my mom, my cousin and her husband were visiting and the first thing out of their mouth was “you have been blessed that they chose Lazonia to help with your mom”.
