A year ago, I used Compassionate Care from Sussex County for my mother. They were very unorganized with inexperienced nurses. They did not manage my mother's pain in her last few days, so we had to take her to the local ER via ambulance in order to receive IV pain medication. We were lied to, not supported post death, and never met or spoke to a doctor or NP. I cannot praise the Compassionate Care Millsboro office enough. My husbands 92 year old father was dying and we were the care givers. At 71 years old ourselves we were struggling. We called Compassionate Care and within a few days they were here to interview us and set us up with supplies. We had a nurse, an aide, a social worker and a minister.
