Unfortunately, my wife started hospice on thursday and she died on saturday. So, I did not really have an opportunity to experience too much of the care part of this service. They were very hands on and wanted to ensure Joan was as comfortable as possible. They discussed things with both of us, very clearly. When Joan died, it was in my arms and extremely traumatic. Amedisys was wonderful. Each staff member who came to our house was caring, professional and kind. They took care of my husband and always checked on me. They are very good at providing the care and help we needed. Bless you all.
