Really disappointed. I should not have to ask constantly for help when my mom is suffering. There's no comfort care being provided.
I was highly pleased with the care the staff provided for my cousin while he resided in assisted living. Someone from the staff contacted regularly to up date me either by phone call or text. His social worker telephoned me monthly during her visit to share his status and inquire if I had any questions. When he passed, I received calls from the staff pastor and cards expressing sympathy. In addition, they provide grief counseling.
BEST hospice company! Great team/family! They truly care about their staff and hospice families!
