Love this office Dr is straight forward and is very knowledgeable and caring. He delivered me and two of my sister’s babies.
He was a great doctor to me unfortunately, the office he works for is fraudulent and locked me in a room being blind didn’t know how to get out and ambushed me with a billing issue. I had a panic attack. The ambulance was called. It was a very traumatic visit. I no longer go there. They won’t let me go back now And I had three doctors at that office. I hope Dr. Rich? leaves so he can give people the care he gave me and nobody has to deal with that office again and the people that work there.
Dr Richter dismissed and gaslight my wife through the course of the appointment. Made things up, lied, and just all around provided no care or professionalism at all.
Dr Richter is so inconsiderate doesn’t listen and will be rude and disrespectful while he is examining your insides. This was an awful experience be sure to heed the other reviews as warnings.
Oh man Dr. Richter, cant believe you just drop me and dont want to give me service no more! Wow.. Never again coming to you. I'm still confused with your reaction.
