I am so sad the world lost the beautiful soul that I was lucky to call my vet and my friend. I’m sad that Compassionate Care closed it’s doors today. This team has been so important to my pet’s lives since I was lucky enough to find Dr Maria Williams in a search for a holistic vet. I drove 55 min from Seguin, I love them that much. From acupuncture and other therapeutic services for my elderlies, kindly and lovingly helping me say goodbye to those elderlies, and helping me welcome my new kids, they’ve been there. Even one sc... read more

Amazing!! The best veterinary services we have ever received. They are more like an extended family, not just a vet. We take both our Boxer (Maddy) and our Boston (Cash) here! Maddy was crazy sick and had to spend two days with this amazing crew. No matter how awful our baby girl felt, her tail was always wagging when she saw Brittany. They take care of our animals as if they were their own. They use natural and holistic asa first approach remedies and we love and adore them for it! Go here! They will take great care of your... read more

I was referred to this veterinary clinic and I am so happy I came. I loved that the doctor took all the time to answer all questions I had. I was not rushed through appointment and even recommended a treatment option before going full blown with previous vet recommendation for expensive procedure. I will definitely switch the rest of my pack to this clinic as well!

I met Dr. Maria Williams when I moved to Texas. I have a dog with medical issues. I will say at my first visit I felt very comfortable with the doctor as did my dog. She is very kind and truly loves the pets in her care. I found her to be extremely educated in holistic care and understands the reason I feed my dog a raw diet. She presents the whole picture when prescribing care, and I can't imagine taking my dog to another vet. Tahlia and I love Dr. Williams 🐾💝

They are amazingly patient and kind with my neurotic, somewhat fearfully aggressive dog and have made a world of difference in her mental well-being (even if they don’t always get to see what a difference it’s made when she’s in the office) and when my other dog was diagnosed with hemangiosarcoma and given 3 months to live by another vet, she came to Dr. Williams as well and is thriving on her holistic care 6 months past diagnosis.

Dr. Williams and staff are wonderful. My 12 year old Pomeranian was partially paralyzed in his front legs. With acupuncture and other treatments he was walking again in no time! Visits are affordable and staff always has great recommendations.

Best vet I've ever been to. My dog suffered cervical disc disease. We'd been through all the tradition meds, but they lost their effectiveness and we'd try the next one. Acupuncture was our last resort. Dr. Williams treated him with acupuncture and chiropractic adjustments for close to 2 years before the pain and loss of control was too much. She was wonderful in being supportive and not pushing for the decision to let him go. I can't see how those negative reviewers could have gone to the same vet.
