First appointment was an early morning that was 55 minutes behind schedule. Second appointment was a telemedicine that was 1 hour and 35 minutes late. I NEVER received results or an appointment for my brain MRI. Thankfully I found them through Wave imaging. Chaotic office that just doesn't seem to care. Dr Pan was nice , but not very thorough. I'll be going elsewhere if any more testing is needed in the future. I only went there because my insurance covered my old oncologist for only one year.

Can someone send me my imaging order please? You sent me some random ladies mammogram order! I have called numerous times since January and I can't get anyone who can send a simple imaging order to wave or to me. This is very frustrating.
I really enjoy coming to Compassionate Care in Laguna Hills. The staff is always prompt and nice for my chemotherapy and my oncologist Dr. Pete Pow is fantastic, he always spends alot of time with me and encourages me through my next steps with chemo treatment. I highly recommend Dr. Pow he is an extremely knowledgeable cancer oncologist and I know you will feel very cared for your treatment.
I had a deeply troubling experience with Compassionate Cancer Care and Dr. Pete Pow MD, CMO. Frustrated by missing test results for months, poor patient record keeping and terrible back office operations for appt setting but the worst was Dr Pow's inadequate communication skills. So I have changed Oncologists and strongly advise against seeking care from this practice and especially from Dr. Pow, MD, CMO.
