This vet clinic used to be amazing BUT THEY LOST THEIR VETERINARIAN. She left this practice and moved out of state. Now…. This is now the worst clinic in the valley. They place medications on auto ship without your permission or knowledge. I now have medication sent without my permission and charging my account whatever and whenever they want! Do not trust this clinic and NEVER USE THEIR VETSOURCE for prescriptions!

They really should change their name… We had an emergency pop-up and accidentally no showed on an appointment. When I called back to get my pup back on the schedule because he’s having terrible hip pain they refused me service and told me to find somewhere else to go, after keeping me on hold for over 10 minutes. I proceeded to explain the situation of needing to fly out of town on short notice due to a death in the family and they still refused my service. That doesn’t seem very compassionate to me!
