Great staff and great place to receive quality mental health services!
Truly a traumatizing experience for our entire family. The session was awful and left me and my son traumatized. On top of that, they billed me for a session that I was assured I could use my EAP authorization for (we didn't have the money to pay the deductible so I checked BEFORE the appt to be sure). Then they billed me again $100.00 (not reimbursable by insurance) the following day for a "collateral call" that the therapist said was "mandatory by law". Now the billing department won't answer.
I loved the environment and the staff was very welcoming i would 100% recommend it.
