I am writing because I am very CONCERNED about how this program is administered. I have been a Compassion sponsor for almost two years and I can count on one hand how many letters I have received from my child in Indonesia. After constant requests for updates I have decided to leave Compassion. It is unacceptable to call for an update [about your child] and be told you have to wait "two months" and then you don't even get an update without calling to ask for another update.
