I’m only 1 month into my sponsorship and I cannot explain the excitement...and I’m not one to really get excited for anything. Francis is beautiful and God tugged on my heart the first second I saw him.

Friends, I currently sponsor two children through Compassion International. With a small donation each month you can ensure the education of a child. Christmas and birthday gifts bring needed extras to the child and his or her family. My teenager purchased a goat for her family with my birthday money and the host has had a baby!
Our hearts were moved to do something for children in poverty. After looking at our different options for doing so we chose Compassion International. We have not been disappointed. there are a lot of children here in US that need help.
Compassion international has opened my eyes and heart to the world around me. The children we sponsor feel like my own flesh and blood and they are always on my mind. I don't think it is possible to regret getting involved with Compassion International, even if you aren't a sponsor.
