We had a very unprofessional experience with Courtney the owner. Appointments were frequently canceled last minute, and she often showed up late. The biggest issue was an ongoing two-month situation involving money I was owed back. I was repeatedly and elaborately lied to instead of straightforward communication. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this therapist based on my experience.
Finding Courtney is like finding a needle in haystack and realizing you found the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. Counselors like her are hard to come by.
Talk about compassion in action! Courtney has been nothing but kind, patient, and informative through my therapy journey! Highly recommend!!
