Advised my new manager that I didn’t feel supported in my job. Two weeks later, I was let go. Concerns will fall on deaf ears and office staff are not supported properly from upper management.
I love working for Compassion Deer Lake! They are always there to help me with my questions or *signing* in problems, trust me I had a few! I work in no man's land, cell service and wifi isn't the greatest It can get frustrating! I must say they are the best! It's a pleasure to be part of their team!
