Not enough staff no communication between staff no backup for call in from staff. They need to place people who are compatible with their clients Not happy with the service. Changing companies. Any company will be better than Compassion. Would Never Recommend them
Poor management style and they refuse to communicate with the clients to let them know you can’t make it. I wouldn’t have anyone in my family Members use this company it’s awful. They don’t train their employees at all just throw them into a home. If a client isn’t home and you report it they fire you because the client wasn’t home.
So far I have liked everyone there except one girl. The kindness and respect is off the charts!
