Took my car (VW Touareg) there for a back brake install on 10/01/2025 and there was some fictitious complication that resulted in 27 hour ordeal and a Mazda loaner. Skilled technician should have accomplished in 1 hour! They even had to call in a so called Master Technician with zero results. Of course, I became concerned for my vehicle and Assist. Mgr. Was on our way back from vacation and got a warning light on the dash. Was over 150 miles away from home and got towed in. Ryan O'Flaherty and entire team there got me right in and fixed within 40 minutes. An amazing job by the entire staff. So friendly and accommodating. I can't say enough about how they eased what was an extremely frustrating event. I intend on writing to VW corporate to let them know that they have an outstanding team there. Thank you again!!
Leased a brand new VW Tiguan in December 2024. The car is only 6 months old and have been having recurring issues with it not starting. The service department has no idea what’s wrong with it and tell me it was just a fluke yet here I am and my car isn’t starting again. I had to pay to get me car towed to the dealership and they are never able to even give me a rental vehicle to drive while my car is getting serviced.
