WORST group of brokers I have ever tried to work with. First could not get anyone to respond on a peice of property. Second we wanted to put a offer on it and get it under contract and they refused to do an official offer. They want to negotiate over email and change it back and forth from one way to another and back to the the first way. We never signed anything with this group though we tried several times.
