Mike provides great customer service.
Richard was fantastic when we first visited the units. He set me up in the system and explained everything thoroughly. When we came back to open the unit for the first time, Mike explained everything again and show us our unit. The hallways are clean, free of clutter, the unit they showed us was nice. All around great customer service! Very thorough! Very friendly! Highly recommend!
I came in to rent a unit and was so pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness and the professionalism of the business and the staff. Mike was awesome and showed me several units and took the time to explain everything to me. He is an asset to this company.
