I was heading to my daughters room when ran into the General Manager Priscilla at Coastal Carolina she was there helping out a few students as I was moving my daughter and her room mate out of the schools housing and into there first apartment. Great experience with Compass Self Storage so far. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. The climate-controlled units are a big plus. Priscilla was especially helpful — she took the time to explain everything and made sure I got the right unit. Customer service like that really stands out. Everything has been smooth from move-in to now. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable storage.

One of the best storage experiences I've ever had! I used to go to ExtraSpace to keep my stuff, but I was really unsatisfied with their customer care and cleanliness. So I decided to try Compass, and it's safe to say that was the right decision.
