Great support and rental process. I love the digital locks and using app for everything. However, rent went way up in less than a year and I ended up going somewhere else. They did not honor what the guy had told me when I came aboard because he left. I was furious and already renting two units and wanted to get two more so I just left.
I’ve had a unit here for 6-8 months. Great facility but beware of price gouging. I recently got a notice that my unit is going from $169/month to $390/month. They literally sent me a notice two weeks before the scheduled price change. I called and spoke with management who were very sympathetic and said that price change is outrageous but unfortunately rates are set by corporate. This is how they treat disabled veterans, now forcing me to hire a company to move all my belongings into a new facility. Stay away from this price... read more

Nice facility but once you are moved in, they raise the rates exponentially. In just 18 months between Jan of ‘25 and July of ‘26, they raised my monthly rate from $160 to $200, to $244, and then $300. I canceled my unit when I was notified of the coming $300 bill. My rate nearly doubled in that short 18 month period.
