I signed up online and dropped in to view the unit. Kia was amazing; informative, pleasant, showed me the answers to my questions and how the process works. I appreciated all the information. Then i stopped in the next day. Drove my car in to unpack (coolest feature) and was hit by a phone call stating i had to pick an insurance option. This was optin optional on the website when i reserved the unit so im a bit ehh about getting hit with another charge.
