Dirty facility with a lot of risks to belongings and weak insurance. There are robberies, pests, grime, and flooding. Trash around and Brocken carts. A row of units flooded and I wasn’t informed. When I discovered, office staff were rude and acted like I was inconveniencing them by asking for help and info on the insurance policy. Also, a possum would come in and out of my unit because the ceilings are fence with holes. Water and dust came in before the flooding.
