Bait and switch. Within two month of my contract, I received a letter in the mail notifying me of a price increase (~30%). That is to say, once my stuff was in storage, they increased the price significantly. At this point I had two options: move my belongings again (at cost and inconvenience to me) or accept the increase. I think this is a deplorable business practice. If the company needs to increase prices, they should do so for new customers only, honoring the agreed upon price with customers already using their storage.... read more
