BUYER BEWARE: If your in the market for a storage unit, PLEASE DO NOT USE "COMPASS SELF STORAGE" anywhere! The places are not only dirty and filled with thick dust on the items every time I would go. Also, the rain will get to them as well and they do not care. I've had to spend hours replacing boxes and repacking those that had been soak. As well, they will go up on monthly prices without contacting you via in writing or email, even though they say otherwise. I went there and the one lady was very friendly I gave mileage how far we were going took off one price off my card then it took more money is sad and put gas in the truck and I did the second one I talked to this morning around about 1025 1030 very rude they overcharged I wouldn't recommend them to no one else I'm very upset I do I supposed to do she l they lied will never use that location again I'm not happy

Very friendly rep, but I was given a lot of incorrect info when renting a truck (uhaul) and now I’m stuck with the costs.
