I must say that Mr. Elijah Hall and the 2 lady staff there were Absolutely amazing!!! I am from Phoenix Arizona and truly I felt the warmth, clarity and Overall helpfulness from start to finish. Thankyou Compass and staff. Continuous Blessings.
BE AWARE! They raise the price every 3 months for about $40-$50. So you might be pushed to move quicker than you wanted by high rates in 3 or 6 months. Look for another storage facility if you need storage for a year or longer.
MULTIPLE THEFTS REPORTED TO POLICE. MANAGEMENT, STAFF, DISTRICT AND CORPORATE UNResponsive to VICTIMS. Police are told cameras were inoperable during time frame of Thefts. Only select units robbed. Too many coincidences, how could this happen without knowledge of cameras, units and how to evade surveillance? Are the Staff Responsible and the Company Covering up the Thefts?
Raised my rent twice in less than a year due to “rising expenses” which is a complete fabrication. 1st price increase was 7%, 2nd price increase was 15% I will be looking for storage elsewhere.
Called Compass Self Storage in Florida City with an issue a few weeks ago that Mike listened to and stated that he would get me a solution. Update: Received a call from Mike on 01/25/23 with a solution the I'm 200% pleased with. Hat's off to Mike for being genuine and caring! G. Smith

Searching for words to describe my experience with Compass Self Storage. "Stellar" comes to mind. I had the pleasure of working with Andrea. Andrea could NOT have been more helpful, informative, and kind. The units were very clean, as well as the grounds. I was even more impressed when current customers came into the office and Andrea knew them by name; clearly they've had the same great experience. It's in your best interest to check out Compass for your storage needs. Thank you, Andrea!!
We've been a business customer at this location for 7+ years and could not be much happier with this site. The only issue we've had would be the rent increases over the years but business is business. The local staff is helpful and friendly and seem to attend to all of their customers very well. The facilities are always in good/clean condition and we've not once had trouble accessing our units when needed. Great location near the major freeways and a pretty easy in/out layout.
