Yes she's a very nice person. I had trouble looking for one and I went there and I didn't have to look no more. They are very clean and for as customer service is awesome.not to high just the right price so if you looking for an storage that's the place to go to. She's the real MVP
My storage was broken into and I was out of the country when I came back into town and went to speak to an employee at the office, I met with Jarrett. This employee has the most HORRIBLE customer service ever, kept shrugging his shoulders like oh well.. no sympathy, like he didn't give a damn. I was asking questions and he kept like cutting me off like it was not his concern that my stuff was taken. And I only received a call from the police not even a courtesy call from management.
