Maria was very helpful and took the time to explain the rental process. She assisted me in selecting a unit that fit my needs.
I rented a climate control storage unit there a couple of months ago. When I got my most recent invoice my rate had increased. I called and was told that it has to do with some sort of reevaluation every 3 4 and 6 months. I have been trying to get some answers on this so called reevaluation. I was told that it would unfortunately probably continue to go up. So will it do that ? Because if thats the case you could end up paying 500 or more a month the longer you stay.
