Don’t work for this “company”, management talks to staff like dogs especially Mike Marcotte! Ive been the general manager here for about a year and a half working 6 sometimes even 7 days a week just to get 40 hours! When i bring up that id like 4 additional hours i get the "it’s not in the budget" quote. All of the tenants here love me and ask for me specifically! They do a 20-30 % increase on rent every 6 months with NO and i mean NO updates to the property in the 2 years ive been here! Be aware of their terrible treatment ... read more

This is the second time that I have used Compass Self Storage. On both occasions Kelly, the General Manager has been excellent to deal with. She is friendly, knowledgeable and does a great job answering all of my questions in a thorough, understandable manner. I would highly recommend this company and this site if you have storage needs.
