Get an exterminator for the rodents, but make sure you don't leave all the corpses behind to rot and stink inside the units and belongings! Make sure to notify all customers so they can check their stuff afterward.
1 star! The guy that works on Sundays lacks any customer service skills. We needed a uhaul for about an hour and he made the experience so difficult that we won’t ever come back. He needs supervision. He can’t multi task. When it takes almost longer to obtain and return a uhaul than it does for the short while it’s needed, then it’s time to go else where. The guy makes it abundantly clear that they are a storage company, and uhaul rentals aren’t a priority. He asked three times if we needed a storage unit. No, I need a uhaul... read more
Since we first rented a 10x5x8 space for you a year and a half ago our "rent" has increased THREE TIMES and is now almost double ($88) what we were originally paying ($54). I am a restaurant owner & understand the need for price increases but this is CRAZY! They know that the last thing people want to do is move all their stuff out of storage and move it to another facility... they are literally banking on that!!!
