The experience was easy friendly at the office. Customer service representative LaToya & Tiffany was excellent. They were very kind and courteous. They explained the entire contract. They help me to get sign into my account for informational purpose. My only concern was when I called in, the gentleman stated the monthly rent would be $9; however, he didn't mention about additional fees. The rental is actually $19.55 per month and not $9. Maybe he could have told me more info would be forthcoming once I get to the office.
The name change did not impact the service! Customer service is still incomparable! The units are clean, air conditioned. The grounds are clean and never once did I feel unsafe no matter what time I visited my unit. I would definitely rent here again. Keep up the fantastic service!
Tiffany and Rotoya were outstanding! They both assisted me every step of the process beginning to end when I arrived. Amazing 🤩 customer service!
