We rented a 5x10 storage unit at Compass today. Compass was not the closest storage facility to our home, but we decided to rent here because Dan explained the differences to us (for example, some aren’t staffed every day etc.) We were impressed with Dan’s professionalism and the facility seems very nice. If anything changes, I’ll update the review. So far so good!

He’s friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make the whole process quick and easy. The facility is spotless and secure, but JR is what truly makes it 5-star.
