Your lunken location is terrible! Took two weeks to get a return phone call about renting another locker. I have had other issues with getting my autopay set up and it takes forever to get someone to call me to pay my bill. I had movers go to one of my lockers and your staff put a block on the until so they couldn't get on, even through I was persistently trying to pay my bill!!!!!
Went in for packing supplies and management was attentive and knowledgeable. 5/5 would recommend
Choosing this storage company was the worst decision I have made in a very very very long time. This company is very negligent and your items are not safe here. If you want to be robbed and go through insurance to get your money back this is the place to go!! I had a month gap between apartment leases. I figured moving my items into a storage unit next to my new apartment for the month would be the best solution. My items were there for 2 weeks before everything was robbed.
