I had my belongings stored at the Flat Rock facility for over 3 years. Nice facility, and I have to compliment the staff because anytime I had stop in there or call, they were always helpful and courteous. So big kudos to them ! My two reasons for leaving were the distance from where I am now located (over an hour away), and the rent kept going up significantly the last couple years.
We were very satisfied with the use and cleanliness of the unit. It was a very good experience with storage sense and we plan on using them again in the future.
