The office staff are polite and nice. But I dont like that you dont get a refund. Whether your out before the full month or if you pay your payment then 2 days later move out. They dont refund any of your money.
The staff at Storage Sense was extremely helpful, pleasant and gave me excellent instructions regarding how to find and access my temperature-controlled unit. The facility is clean and well lighted. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.
Having short notice, Heather at the W. Mich location was accommodating and assisted with my needs to safely secure my belongings.
