Terrible customer service. Hung up on multiple times while talking to different people. People making up their own policies as they go. Discussed account with me for 5 minutes then decided they didn't want to talk to me anymore and said, "oh actually your wife's name is on the account so I can't talk to you about it" but did 0 verification of identity beforehand.

I have rented with them twice within the last few years and never had a bad experience! The first time, I rented in Lansing and recently I rented in Jackson and I loveee the staff at both locations. Very welcoming and knowledgeable. I did have my stuff damaged due to a leak at the property in Lansing but they took care of it and I also had insurance through them and got reimbursed VERY well and very quick!
