To be honest....we won't stay in the same unit again - multiple reasons, issues with water heater (reported), roaches, clothes dryer wouldn't completely dry clothes, and tried to check in early (and although the unit was vacant prior to our visit, the unit wasn't ready until 3:40pm - yes I called weeks prior to check and was told to call the morning of our arrival)....and this was during the off season. On a positive note, the view was spectacular and the weather was stellar!

RecommendedOur first trip to Destin and staying in a Compass property was wonderful. The condo was first class, the location great and the service Compass offered made our stay so much easier. I would highly recommended contacting Compass for your next trip.

Stayed at St Lucia #1204 recently, very nice 2 bedroom condo. Lots of room, beautifully decorated, great master bath and everything you need to have a relaxing time enjoying the beautiful views, great pool area and beach!!

Empress 904 is a fabulous condo. Unbelievable views from every window. Compass Resorts was very easy to work with and quickly addressed any questions. I would have given 5 stars except for the beds! The queen size bed and the twin beds were most uncomfortable. We had 6 people and 4 of them slept miserably all week. Hopefully owners can replace them soon, Also the flowered sofa is looking aged!
