Was referred by my primary care dr to compass because they have a neurologist, physical medicine and orthopedist, all in the same location. I thought having everything together would help the specialists be more on the same page. I spoke with Kathy, Dr. Wheeler’s assistant three times this morning and she was nothing but delightful. Had to cancel my appointment due to insurance issues, told it was okay. They rescheduled me then cancelled the next day saying it wasn't okay. Just tell me the first time I call it wasn't okay and I would have understood. This was not okay to do. I understand what I did wrong but not okay for a practice to do.

The staff are so kind. I brought my mother here for a procedure and she had a wonderful experience. The ladies downstairs are helpful and understanding. The facilities are nice and new. It smells good in there too!

If I could give this a place a zero I would. Incredibly poor communication. They make commitments and no one follows up. They didn’t do their job and I continue for three weeks in pain. It just didn’t feel like anyone in the scheduling office cared. They continue to fail after being told Gabby would reach out for a follow-up and decisions on next steps….no call and no follow up as I expected would happen. Please save yourself frustration and go any where else.
