Best multi-family real estate network in West Michigan for investment properties. Led by a team with very high integrity.
Looked at a house, put in an application and not 10 minutes afterwards the house listing was removed. No follow ups, no response to calls or emails, nothing. Very unfortunate lack of communication, and will be looking elsewhere. UPDATE: They have contacted me as of yesterday, and a refund is being implimented. Thank you.
Just a friendly warning about these guys and their application fee/rental management practices. In my opinion you should stay far away from anything to do with compass.
