I want to say how happy I am with Lanae Powell and the real estate company.She works for. She was very professional and knew exactly what I wanted. And Soon, we made a perfect purchase. I would recommend her highly. She is someone that works very hard to get you. What you want and she stays with you until she's done it.
Lanae Powell was beyond amazing through the whole process. Showing us every house in a market in which houses were selling in a day. She even kept me calm(ish) on the day I was kinda homeless. She's the best around!
Kendra and Lanae at Compass Realty provided nothing but professionalism, sincerity, and eagerness to not only help with the purchase of our new home but sell our previous house immediately to move forward as quickly as possible. Kendra was available whenever we called, spent valuable time completing documents and communicating with all parties, and was diligent to secure exactly what we were looking for. Compass Realty treated us with fairness and respect. I could not recommend them enough to anyone looking to buy or sell.
All rel estate ppl r nice to u until u sell or buy house n they get a paycheck then ur just chopped liver I'll never use these ppl again it's ridiculous wat they charge to sell a place if I knew wat it cost I would of done it myself Very unethical work habits threatening us w lawyer n saying had another offer but didn't cause it's still on market we learned our lesson w this company never again
