Just finished up my lease from a compass listing. Our apartment was still under construction when we signed and it was advertised to us as a 3 bathroom but ended up being a 2.5 bathroom, which was revealed to us when we moved in after signing our lease. Additionally it ended up finishing construction a couple weeks into our lease. Although the latter issue was a landlord problem, I wish a "trusted" realty company like compass would have vetted the landlords they work with better. Was no-call no-showed by Naxhi, who then—after I called him from the place we were supposed to meet, having left work early and gone an hour out of my way to do this—told me he had found out earlier that morning that the unit had been rented (it’s still up on every site, so that’s a lie). And then, despite me being fairly polite about the whole thing, he hung up on me. Rude and unprofessional.

Spoke briefly with Stefania Rovera about an apartment, she was very unprofessional and short with me. Then, two hours before the showing we had scheduled, she texted "I can't make it tonight, I have a deposit". I found it all to be very confusing and off putting, I would never work with this company again.
