John Kralovec with Compass was the listing agent on the home I purchased. I would caution anyone against purchasing something he's listed as he lacks integrity and honesty. He made a contractual agreement with his seller to have the home deep cleaned prior to my move in. They ended up scheduling this for the afternoon of closing day and said it wasn't possible to do it beforehand, though I offered to close on the following day and they turned that down. I had to move immediately, due to some personal issues. I hadn't moved in over 15 years, so things have changed greatly. I worked with Jamie Fleischmann, who was ABSOLUTELY a pleasure to work with. She walked me through the process, kept close lines of communication. She worked very hard to make sure I got the apartment I wanted. Tried to find an apartment through them and it was the most horrendous application process. We have been through as renters Megan the agent that showed us. The apartment was super nice at first and encouraged us to apply for an apartment saying she could convince the landlord to allow us to sign a lease. Very rude people. They called me to ask if I wanted to sell my house and once I declined politely, thanking for their interest they hung up point blank. Very rude. Don’t deal with these people.
