BE AWARE Had no problems with them until move out. Decided to charge us for things that were already “broken” when we moved in. We talked to them after the blinds multiple times and they said “it’s fine”. Since we didn’t have our conversations in writing they are charging us $500 for all the blinds to be replaced. Ironic that we somehow “broke” all the blinds and they all need to be replaced. Even during our “let’s check to see if you need to fix anything” we were told that everything was fine. The process of touring units was seamless with very quick communication. Move in has been thoughtful and staff is very responsive!
I’ve been with compass 5 of the 6 years I’ve been in my unit & they have been nothing but great. Maintenance is always timely & are great at communicating. I would highly recommend!
