This company is by far on of the worst in EC. Do not trust them. know your rights because they will take advantage of you.
If you are going to allow tech people inside the apartments without us being home they NEED to clean what they move and toss around as well as lock the door after they leave. Common courtesy
I loved living with Compass. When I was moving from another state they made the move so simple. I recommend them to anyone I know looking for a new apartment rental or moving to the area.
Great experience with management. Apartment was clean and staff was impressive. We unfortunately had to end out contract early and they worked with us well and were very understanding.
