They obviously are only concerned about there commissions. That’s why they should be changing commissions structure for realtors. I feel bad for the realtors who don’t sell in non affluent neighborhoods getting small commissions. I have found in affluent areas the game is to sell fast at below value so they don’t have to use up these real estate companies resources. It cost them money?! This review is for Katie Barreto, who works out of this office. Unfortunately I would not recommend Katie. My experience was this. I called her last Thursday after a referral from a friend. She was out to dinner at the time and said she would call me the next day which she did.
