I can't say enough about the team at Compass. Not only were they knowledgeable, they made the whole process fun! And I got to buy land as an investment for super cheap. I can't wait until the next sale!
Compass land group stole $500 from me. They required a $500 down payment to reserve a piece of land if it didn't self to another buyer. When the property actually sold and it wasn't to me, instead of refunding my money they decided to deposit my check and keep it. The only response I get when contacting them, is the pat answer, 'check is in the mail.' Aside from the fact that their land was sub par flood zone property that they marked up enormously this group of hoodlums is NOT a group that I would trust to give my money... read more
