If I could give 0 stars, I would for Iris Gomez! She helped sold a house and about 2 days before the actual closing, she asked the Plumber to turn off the water and all the pipes got frozen! Now the new homeowners are living in a house with no water, going for a month now! Very poor service! Would never recommend to anyone unless this issue is somewhat resolved!! 0 stars!!!
Iriz Gomez helped sell a house that was perfect until she asked the plumber to turn off the water before the new buyers came in to the house. She lied saying it was the city that said the water was shut off when it was her. We have testimonies from the city and the plumber she hired stating she made the call. This caused the plumbing to freeze and burst pipes!!! The new owners have had to live in their new home for 3 weeks now without water thanks to her.
