Travis Cross is the worst agent ever. Showed up looking like a homeless person, barely looked at the house, doesnt do open houses, and hasn’t done anything whatsoever to sell our house. He doesn’t even know our area well at all. I have no idea why the judge picked him but I’m assuming it’s the good old boys system. Completely worthless realtor and worthless judge. Simply a shame. Failed to honor an agreed upon contract, poor communication and just a pure lack of ability to do their job at a high level. Moved into a unit they managed that was brand new and empty before I got there. Moved into a dirty pace, broken items everywhere, flooring bubbling up. Post moving in, now it's on my to be inconvenience to fix everything when this all should have been done while the place was empty. It's clear they do not hold themselves to a very high standard of work.
