This review is for their realtor named Melanie. She is one of the most unqualified and ridiculous realtors I’ve ever worked with. She not only messed up my contract, but now because of her, I could be liable for a big damage.
Adrianna Vallario helped my husband and I find the perfect spot! A friend of ours recommended her and she did not disappoint! Adrianna was super accommodating, quick to respond to all messages (whether text or email), and was very knowledgeable about the area. Our new place ticks all our boxes, and we owe it all to her. We’d recommend her to anyone searching for their next home!
Caeley Sacher was extraordinarily responsive and helpful in setting me up with a condo in the neighborhood. I would absolutely recommend her services.
Terrible experience. We moved from Hawaii to VA and trusted Caitlin to help us find our home. Instead of being honest about the homes we were considering, she recommended we offer above list price. We wound up purchasing a home requiring more TLC than presented (cockroach infestation, nonworking outlets, and appliances that broke within weeks).
