I'm glad we have Compass in Sarasota. Compass has a better/modern approach to real estate and utilizes new software technology to better help clients. The people I've met from this office are experienced professionals.
As a seller (not employing the services of Compass), I feel it is important to warn the public of their business practices that effects others in the real estate community and you as a buyer or seller. From specific experiences with the agents in this company as buyer’s agents, they do not do their homework for their customers and will bring them through a listing that does not meet their buyer’s specifications therefore wasting both the buyer and seller’s time.
