Do not work with Ray Yoo. She told us the landlord needed a renter by the 1st when we wanted the 15th, okay, no problem. But she couldn't get our documents submitted by the 1st, so then she says it'll be the 15th (fine, that's what we wanted anyways). Said she'd reach out early the following week but did not.
