I rented a home on Dennywood Drive from Compass Property and I am grateful for all the memories my family made in that home. Ray Wallace was an excellent property manager. We weren’t big fans of the owner of the property but Ray would go to bat for us anytime there was an issue or something needed to be fixed. My family was approved to rent a home managed by Compass and Ray wanted me to send a $3000 security deposit before reviewing the lease which is absurd. No one is going to do that if they are smart. He got upset with me because of that and went on to say that many people are interested in the house and if I wanted it I needed to send the security deposit.
