I've lived at the property at 5239 Alaska ave. for 11yrs. Compass recently took over the property and no maintenance has been done. I usually do work on property when i get my taxes, but its become to much to bear.repeated calls to them are ignored..man, the place is falling apart. Pictures enclosed.
