Clearly none of the reviews on here are not for Shea at 301. She’s is the most dedicated property manager in the area. The team at 301 goes the extra step to make sure the job gets done. Shea works diligently and matches whatever style of management you might need as an owner. We will be sticking with Shea and 301 for the long run!
They are absolutely Horrible!!! Do not and I mean do not use them or rent through them! They are unprofessional, ignores rental laws, and will literally ignore issues etc…. DO NOT DO IT!! Very unprofessional!!!
The other review is from a last name of one of the employees. I had ok thoughts bout them until I had another party go check on my rental property after 5 years and took pics. No one gets back at you and when you say let me know of any repairs or issues so that I can fix it they ignore you. Karen and Annette I will come up to MD and bill you for my travel expenses if I do not here back it had been 2 weeks you have had plenty of time to address the issues and potential water damage to my property.
