I work with a lot of inspectors when selling houses in Middle Georgia, But compass completely disappointed me. Their report was vague and more opinion than code fact. The inspector we had wrote up items required for a house with gas. This house was all electric. He inspected the house like it was a new construction when the house was 30+ years old. Most inspectors know items in a house must meet current code at the time of installation, not the time they inspect it. I will not use them again.
