So I bought my home and was out of state during the time and was told I would be having a thorough inspection done for our new purchase, everything that One would assume. Then some issues came up, dealt with it, but they kept coming up so I reach out and now I have a document provided from them showing that they only conducted a VISUAL inspection up to industry standards , but the other side said it should have been hands-on. Compass Property Inspections were prompt, and professional. They gave payment options for our particular situation. I had to call a week or so after the inspection to ask some questions that I was hoping could be answered through the inspection. The president, Harold, answered my call after hours and went over all of my questions. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend them hands down.
